What happens to my data?

The data is stored locally on your device. At no time will information that you enter be sent over the network or made accessible to third parties. The insurance number you enter is only to distinguish between several insurances of the same company. We have no access to your data.

The only exception, if you go from your device onto the support page, the type of your device and the version is submitted. This is used exclusively for troubleshooting. See also Privacy Policy »

If you generate a backup or a PDF file within the app you can yourself send it via email. We recommend to use a 3rd party software/app to encrypt this email.

How can I change the name and address of a customer?

iPad: Click at the bottom left on the tab customers to open the customer overview. If the customer is already selected in the list on the left, you can edit the customer data on the right hand side immediately. If the customer is not selected, you must click Edit on the top left. Now you can select the customers on the left hand side and edit the details on the right.

iPhone: Click in the upper left corner until you reach the customer overview. Now click on Edit at the top left and select a customer. Now you can edit the customer details.

What is the input field dynamic?

This is the yearly increase of the regular premium. Different dynamics for individual years can be entered by pressing the Varying payments button.

What is the input field initial premium?

This is the starting fee at the beginning of the insurance (monthly, quarterly, semi anually or yearly). Contribution changes over an agreed dynamics are calculated automatically. See also next question.

How can I enter a different dynamic, one-time payments and temporary suspension of an insurance?

Click the button varying payments to the right of initial premium. Then these values can be entered per year.

Please note that a manually entered record is not overwritten if you change the premiuim or the dynamic in the main window. To do this you need to erase manually entered varying payments. You can delete all those records by clicking reset in the upper right hand corner.

What do I enter in the pension field for a capital life insurance?

This field is not required for the calculation of the yield. You can leave it blank.

How can I see the sum of all pensions on my iPhone?

The space on the iPhone or iPod is too narrow for all columns. Turn it to landscape to see all columns.

How can I rate the app?

Click on the info button in the upper-right corner. An information dialog with the menu item Like It appears. This button will bring you directly to the App Store reviews.

How can I extract the data from the system?

You can easily generate a PDF file and send it directly to your customer, insurance agent or colleague. (as of now Apple/iOS only, Android is in progress)
